After a recent visit to Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham, to undergo a Botox treatment in the gentle hands of Mr Fahmy, I cannot sing his praises enough, or that of Spire.
On arrival I was very apprehensive, but this was somewhat alleviated on walking into the comfortable surroundings of the reception area and seeing the welcoming smile of the lovely receptionist. After efficient dealings with the paperwork it was just a few minutes before I went into the treatment room.
Mr Fahmy was absolutely lovely. He was patient and attentive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. He took his time and explained what he was doing, and despite the procedure itself I actually felt pampered.
This is in contrast to previous experiences in another clinic, which I will certainly never go back to now I have found the wonderful Mr Fahmy.
